FLIR G-Series
Hydrocarbon Leak Detection Cameras
The FLIR Gx320, G620 and Gx620 are innovative G-Series optical gas imaging (OGI) cameras designed to detect hydrocarbons, methane (CH₄) and other volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from multiple stages of the oil and gas supply chain as well as other industrial markets.
With a thermal resolution of up to 640 × 480 (76 800 pixels), FLIR G-Series cameras feature innovative gas quantification analysis that measures leak type and severity within the chamber, eliminating the need for a secondary device. While all models are OOOOa certified, FLIR Gx320 and Gx620 G-Series cameras are ATEX compliant, making these camera models ideal for detecting gas emissions in complex systems such as refineries, petrochemical facilities, natural gas well pads, compressor stations, and power generation plants.
To learn more about the operation and characteristics of thermal imaging cameras, we recommend that you first read our complete article on what they are and how they are used.
