FLIR offers the possibility to purchase protection plans for all its devices, ensuring that you will always receive the best service in case you require repair, maintenance or calibration. It is also possible to obtain a one-year warranty extension covering parts and labor.

Premium Plan
The Premium Plan includes the services of the General Maintenance Plan and the Extended Warranty Plan described on this page.

- Spare parts and labor
- 3-day priority repair service(1). FLIR guarantees to repair your camera within 3 days or we will loan you a camera free of charge.

General Maintenance Plan
The General Maintenance Plan includes the complete service of the 14-Point Maintenance and Calibration Program and in addition:
- Fast repair service at no additional cost
This plan does not cover parts and labor in the event repairs are necessary.

Extended Warranty Plan
The Extended Warranty Plan extends the standard FLIR camera warranty for one year. It covers parts and labor(consumables not included).
This plan also provides coverage even if the camera is used continuously 24 hours a day.
The Extended Warranty Plan must be contracted during the term of the manufacturer's standard warranty(2).
(1) The 3-day guaranteed repair service is applicable to new cameras only, starting on the day of purchase and effective for one year. It does not apply to GasfindIR, GF-Series or high-end R&D cameras. The 3-day period does not include shipping and return times.
(2) If the warranty extension is not purchased at the time of camera purchase or during the first year after purchase, it will be necessary to purchase the General Maintenance Plan for the extension to apply.
