IRISS Safe-Connect TSK-4 Clip Starter Kit
The IRISS Safe-Connect TSK-4 clip starter kit is the entry-level package in the Thermo Clip series: 68 clips in five different sizes, enough to equip a panel and test the system before expanding it to the entire installation.
The clips snap onto the cable insulation, next to the terminal, and permanently change color when they reach 70 °C. Since the color change is permanent, they serve as an indicator of overheating that occurred between two inspections.
Main features
- 68 clips spread across the five sizes, H1 through H5.
- Permanent color change at 70 °C, with the first color shift occurring at 53 °C.
- Cable sizes ranging from 17 AWG to 750 MCM (Ø 2.3 to 31 mm).
- Non-conductive material: halogen-free, UL 94 V-0 flame-retardant polypropylene.
- Dielectric strength of 44 kV/mm; suitable for 36 kV AC / 600 V DC circuits.
- Designed to be read through infrared inspection windows.

Compatibility
For the external insulation of electrical cables, 15–30 mm from the connection terminal. Never inside the current path or on exposed, live metal parts. For indoor use only.
