IRISS Safe-Connect TSK-1 – Overtemperature Indicator Service Kit
The IRISS Safe-Connect TSK-1 service kit is designed for maintenance professionals who work at multiple facilities: it includes the complete range of Safe-Connect thermochromic indicators, allowing them to service different locations without having to restock supplies.
From electrical panels and cables to busbars and general-purpose applications, these overtemperature indicators provide a visible warning before an electrical incident or fire occurs. ThermoClips are snap-on to the cable insulation—without the need to de-energize or disconnect the circuit—and their color change is also visible through inspection windows.

- Complete Safe-Connect product line: ThermoClips, ThermoSpots, ThermoWrap, ThermoSpot-B, Thermo T-MAX, Thermo T, and TP70 paint.
- Initial color change at 53 °C and permanent color change at 71 °C (±1 °C).
- Response time: 5 to 20 seconds.

Compatibility
ThermoClips for cables ranging from 17 AWG to 750 MCM (2.3 to 31 mm outer diameter). They are placed over the cable's outer insulation, 15–30 mm from the connection terminal. The installation must be evaluated by a qualified electrician.
