Description
FLIR Boson+ 320 Radiometric – 320 x 256 Uncooled LWIR Thermal Module
The FLIR Boson+ 320 Radiometric is a high-performance, uncooled LWIR thermal camera module designed for integrators and OEMs. It offers thermal sensitivity of ≤20 mK, an enhanced AGC filter, and the new DDE+, which provide greater scene contrast and sharpness, as well as low video latency for tracking and decision support.
FLIR offers the radiometric version of the Boson+ 320 with a 34° (6.3 mm) or 50° (4.5 mm) lens. With selectable USB, CMOS, or MIPI video outputs and the same mechanical, electrical, and video interfaces as the other Boson models, it integrates easily into embedded processors and makes it easy to upgrade from the Boson.
Main features
- Resolution of 320 x 256 with a pixel size of 12 µm.
- Thermal sensitivity ≤20 mK.
- Radiometry for the 34° and 50° lenses.
- Selectable USB, CMOS, or MIPI outputs.
- Only 7.5 g and less than 4.9 cm³, with power consumption starting at 500 mW.
Common applications
- Integration into drones (UAS) and unmanned ground vehicles (UGV)
- Portable devices, wearables, and thermal imaging devices
- Embedded Industrial Security, Surveillance, and Inspection
