The Extech 96VFL11 PID temperature controller combines advanced PID technology with fuzzy logic to provide high-precision temperature control. This system eliminatesovershoot, unwanted process fluctuations, and temperature deviations, making it suitable for the most demanding applications.
It features asoft-start function designed to protect the heaters during cold starts, making it ideal for processes such as plastic molding, where gradual and precise heating is required. In addition, it incorporates a single-stageramp-and-soak program that works in conjunction with the soft-start function to provide precise control.
