HIKMICRO QX310
The HIKMICRO QX310 is a box-style network thermal imaging camera designed for the inspection and continuous monitoring of the interior of industrial furnaces. It features a 384 x 288-pixel, 12-μm uncooled vanadium oxide microbolometer detector with a thermal sensitivity (NETD) of ≤ 35 mK, and a 3-mm lens that provides a field of view of 100° × 80.3°. It measures object temperatures in two ranges, from 0 °C to 800 °C and from 300 °C to 2000 °C, with an accuracy of ±2% (at an ambient temperature of 18 °C to 25 °C) for objects between 100 °C and 2000 °C.
It is designed for use in foundries, petrochemical plants, and cement production, and can be integrated into air- or water-cooled housings for continuous monitoring inside furnaces. Its cylindrical body, measuring φ41 × 256.2 mm and featuring IP67 protection, is powered by 10–30 V DC with a maximum power consumption of 4 W, and offers Gigabit Ethernet, RS-485 with Modbus, alarm input and output, CVBS analog output, and transmission of the full thermal image at 50 fps via RTSP, ISAPI, and SDK.
Main features
- Measurement up to 2000 °C: Two object temperature ranges: 0 °C to 800 °C and 300 °C to 2000 °C, with an accuracy of ±2% (ambient temperature 18 °C to 25 °C) or ±3% (ambient temperature 25 °C to 50 °C) for objects between 100 °C and 2000 °C.
- 100° wide-angle lens for the oven interior: 3 mm lens at f/2.5 with a field of view of 100° × 80.3° (H × V), an IFOV of 4 mrad, and a minimum focusing distance of 0.5 m.
- 384 x 288-pixel VOx detector: Uncooled vanadium oxide microbolometer with 12 μm pixels, NETD ≤ 35 mK, and a thermal frame rate of 50 fps.
- Analysis and Configurable Alarms: Real-time monitoring of hot and cold spots—up to 10 points, 1 line, and 10 user-defined areas—and color-coded (isothermal) alarms when temperatures are above, between, or below certain thresholds.
- Radiometric Data for Integration: Streams the full-screen thermographic data matrix (16- or 32-bit, 384 × 288) in real time via RTSP, ISAPI, and SDK, in addition to raw YUV data and continuous metadata from the measurement rules.
- Compact and rugged design for integration: Housing measuring φ41 × 256.2 mm with IP67 protection and an M37×1-6g thread for the mounting tube. Can be integrated into air- or water-cooled enclosures.
