FLIR thermal imaging cameras for innovative material and process analysis


At the Laboratory for Materials and Joint Technology at the German University of Paderborn, they use a FLIR SC7650 for joint analysis of composite or hybrid materials. The lab uses passive thermography techniques in the investigation of welding processes, but also performs active thermography with various trigger settings for the analysis of composite joints.
