Using the FLIR GF309 thermal camera and thermography techniques applied to furnaces and reformers, it is possible to detect operating anomalies such as damage to refractory material, correct flame size, irregularly operating burners, rust formation, coking of tubes, etc. All these applications are important because they allow the adjustment of production to safe operating intervals and the management of repair actions and spare parts availability.
