VICORE Intelligent vision system
VICORE is a dual-camera vision system that combines Teledyne FLIR sensors and software to offer performance, flexibility and ease of integration for industrial automation applications. integration for industrial automation applications. This versatile system offers excellent performance for inspection applications using thermal imaging. Its small, book-style form factor takes up minimal space and provides front connection for thermal cameras, input/output and system components. It includes a dedicated industrial Ethernet port that provides efficient communication with complementary factory devices using Ethernet/IP or Profinet.
Configurations
- Stand-alone with HDMI display and keyboard connected
- Remotely via LAN port. The project engineer can configure and maintain the solution using the remote desktop of his PC.
- Compatible with FLIR A38/A68 thermal imaging cameras

iNspect is a vision application software specifically designed to simplify the design and implementation of automated inspection on the shop floor. iNspect offers both new and experienced users a practical tool with functionality that can be easily applied to a wide range of manufacturing tasks.
iNspect's simple and straightforward configuration allows users to quickly configure and deploy an application. Each of the inspection tools has been carefully designed to extract the relevant information from the object image. No programming or extensive training is required.
