Description
Extech BR95-CO2 Carbon Dioxide Sensor
The Extech BR95-CO2 sensor is an external sensor that connects to the Extech BR95 video endoscope to measure ambient carbon dioxide levels during the inspection itself. It is used to assess whether a space has adequate ventilation, identify indoor air quality issues, and document these findings without switching equipment.
It uses NDIR technology, measures from 400 to 2,000 ppm with a resolution of 1 ppm, and is ready in 60 seconds. The Extech BR95-CO2 sensor is sold separately from the borescope and only works when attached to it.
Main features
- Measurement range: 400 to 2,000 ppm CO₂, with a maximum resolution of 1 ppm.
- Accuracy: ±(5% of reading + 50 ppm).
- NDIR sensor, with a warm-up time of 60 seconds.
- Very compact: 52 × 24.5 × 23.9 mm and 15.23 g.
- Enables data logging for the BR95, which is only available when a compatible external USB sensor is connected.
Common applications
- Building Diagnostics and Indoor Air Quality
- Verification of Ventilation Effectiveness
- Renovation and Restoration Projects
Compatibility
Exclusively for the Extech BR95 video boroscope. The sensor and the boroscope are sold separately.
