RETROTEC Blower Door 6310X
The RETROTEC 6310X Blower Door system consists of three calibrated 6000 series fans mounted on a large fabric door with aluminum frame. It moves large volumes of air for metering commercial, multi-family or high-rise buildings. Each fan has 1 hp of power, rather than the traditional ¾ hp of other Blower Door systems. In addition to the power, the other great advantage is its great stability thanks to the frequency inverter that regulates the power and speed of the fans.
The 6310 blower door model uses the most advanced and competitive pressure gauge/meter on the market, the DM32X, ideal for manual or fully automatic testing with the optional Multi-FanTestic software. In addition, if the test fans are separated by large distances, the DM32X can be connected via Ethernet cable and transmit data over unlimited distances. With the DM32X the WiFi option is available and is useful when the distances between the fans are short.
The system allows you to test in automatic mode, monitoring all parameters and storing the data on a laptop computer. With our new recommended calibration interval of 5 years for the DM32X, you will have peace of mind knowing that annual calibrations are a thing of the past.
Different calibrated range configurations allow a single fan to measure a wide variety of spaces, from super-tight spaces to very permeable spaces. All Retrotec fans are made of extremely durable lightweight plastic. In addition, the fans are easily reversible. You can switch from pressurizing to depressurizing mode by simply rotating the fan about its vertical axis.
