RETROTEC Blower Door 5310X
The RETROTEC 5310 blower door test unit has 3 calibrated 5000 series fans mounted on a large fabric panel with aluminum frame. It is the most economical system for "blowing" large quantities of air in commercial, multi-family or high-rise buildings.
The different diaphragm range configurations make the same unit capable of testing a wide range of volumes, either with a lot or with very little infiltration. This high performance fan includes 6 different flow range configurations for accurate results over a wide range of volumes.
The 5000 Series Blower Door performs the tests fully automatically using the pressure gauge, a laptop computer and the FanTestic software. Alternatively, simply select the pressure test you want to perform on the gauge and view real-time "Air Exchange" or "Leakage per unit area" directly on the gauge's touch screen; a unique and highly sought after Retrotec feature. The gauge also includes a "Set and Forget" function for pressure control in enclosed spaces. All you have to do is choose the desired pressure and then let the gauge do the rest. As you seal leaks in the building and the infiltration rate decreases, the system automatically and instantly resets the fan to keep the space at the correct pressure.
The software supplied with the DM32X smart meter automatically performs data logging and allows remote control of the meter from a laptop PC.
As a special feature, the RETROTEC 5310X Blower Door system includes a larger, easy-to-install aluminum-framed fabric door that fits even the largest door frames.
Thanks to this larger door, you can perform the Blower Door test on preframes and large doors without any adaptation.
