RETROTEC Blower Door 5220X (RIPCI)

RETROTEC EU5220X-F equipment is one of the main equipment for performing Door Fan Test, of mandatory compliance, according to the Regulation of Fire Protection Installations (RIPCI), published in Royal Decree 513/2017 on May 22. The RIPCI requires the realization of a Door Fan Test according to UNE-EN 15004-1 standard to determine the minimum dwell time of the extinguishing agent in extinguishing systems using gaseous agents.
The RETROTEC 5220X-F is one of the most commonly used Blower Door testers for leak testing in fire protection installations using gaseous extinguishing systems.
This complete Blower Door Test System is designed to easily perform leak tests in the vast majority of volumes. The calibrated fan model 5000 has a power of 0.55 kW and achieves a flow rate of 9,684 m3/h. Thanks to the two fans of the RETROTEC EU5220X-F unit, we obtain a power of 1.10 kW and reach a flow rate of 19,368 m3/h, making it ideal to comply with the requirements of the RIPCI and UNE-EN 15004-1 in your projects.
Door Fan Test with Leakage Neutralization in False Ceiling
RETROTEC Blower Door 5220X-F equipment is capable of performing the Blower Door test for determination of the Lower Leakage Fraction (F) according to the False Ceiling Leakage Neutralization Method. This method is detailed in NFPA 2001:2015, international reference standard for gaseous agent fire extinguishing systems.
Thanks to the Leakage Split Kit included in the RETROTEC Blower Door 5210X-F, you have everything you need to apply this methodology to determine the Lower Leakage Fraction (F). RETROTEC 5220X-F Blower Door System with pressure gauge DM32X
The software supplied with the DM32X smart meter automatically performs data logging and allows remote control of the meter from a laptop PC.
The recommended calibration interval for the DM32X pressure gauge is 5 years, giving you the peace of mind and the savings of avoiding costly annual calibrations, which are now a thing of the past.
