Blower Door Software FANTESTIC INTEGRITY
Retrotec's FanTestic Integrity software is required to perform and record results of the Blower Door Test according to UNE-EN 15004-1: Fixed fire fighting systems. Extinguishing systems using gaseous agents Part 1: design, installation and maintenance (ISO 14520-1:2006, modified), test of mandatory execution according to the Regulation of Fire Protection Installations (RIPCI) published in Royal Decree 513/2017 of 22 May.
Retrotec's FanTestic Integrity program performs the calculations from the data collected by the Blower Door equipment to quantify the dwell time during which the extinguishing concentration will be maintained inside the enclosure to be protected. When used in conjunction with Retrotec digital pressure gauges, the software can automatically control the Blower Door equipment and collect the data according to the standard we want to work with, of which the most important ones are:
- UNE-EN 15004-1: Fixed fire fighting systems. Extinguishing systems using gaseous agents Part 1: design, installation and maintenance (ISO 14520-1:2006, modified).
- ISO 14520-1:2015: Gaseous agent extinguishing systems - Physical properties and system design - Part 1: General requirements.
- 2015 NFPA 2001: Standard for clean agent fire suppression systems.
Retrotec FanTestic Integrity Software records the data from the In-Door Fan Test and automatically calculates the results, in addition to other functionalities:
- Automatic generation of reports with results in Microsoft Word using customizable report template
- Choose between automatic fan control and data collection or manual data entry as you adjust the Blower Door equipment.
- Automatic recognition of RETROTEC DM32 digital pressure gauge/meter
- Determination of dwell time
- Graphical representation of the measurements and the calculated results
- Ability to export all raw readings to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
- Automatic updates: every time you use the software it will connect to the Internet and search for new versions and install them automatically if they are available.
- It works on any PC with a full version of Windows.
