Designed to support fast and accurate connection with a FLIR 80° lens (T300805), this lensless port allows technicians to inspect switchgear and other enclosed equipment that carries the risk of arc flash without opening the enclosure, greatly reducing the risk of arc flash injury. Technicians can perform predictive maintenance inspections faster, reducing the time required to don and doff heavy arc flash PPE, remove and replace electrical panels, and adjust thermal camera settings to account for IR window transmission.
