Dronavia Kronos M4 – Parachute and Flight Termination System for the DJI Matrice 4
The Dronavia Kronos M4 combines a parachute recovery system (PRS) and a flight termination system (FTS) for the DJI Matrice 4E and Matrice 4T drones. In the event of a critical incident, the internal FTS shuts down the motors, and the parachute deploys automatically in 0.27 seconds to reduce the impact energy.
Detection and firing are autonomous; the system starts up when the drone is powered on, and the safety lock is activated at altitudes above 20 m. After deployment, it is rearmed by replacing the Kronos Mini POD, and it supports manual activation using the Klick remote control, which has a range of 1.5 km.
