FLIR Si2a-PD – Fixed industrial acoustic camera for partial discharges
The FLIR Si2a-PD is an industrial acoustic camera designed to detect, locate, classify, and evaluate partial discharges in high-voltage electrical systems.
Thanks to its 124 low-noise MEMS microphones, it allows the acoustic source to be displayed in real time over the visible image, making it easy to identify potential electrical faults quickly, safely, and non-contact.
Its detection range of 0.3 m to 200 m allows for the inspection of electrical assets from a safe distance, reducing risk during field inspections. In addition, it features AI-based automatic severity assessment, with action recommendations displayed directly on the camera, to help prioritize interventions and make better maintenance decisions.
With a 1280 × 720 px display, 8× digital zoom, and a 5” screen, the FLIR Si2-PD is a solution particularly well-suited for electrical maintenance, high-voltage inspections, and predictive maintenance programs.
