FLIR Si1-LD ACOUSTIC IMAGE CAMERA FOR COMPRESSED AIR LEAK DETECTION
The FLIR Si1-LD is an easy-to-use acoustic imaging camera for locating and quantifying pressurized leaks in compressed air systems. This lightweight and handy one-handed camera is designed to help maintenance, manufacturing and engineering professionals identify air leaks faster than traditional methods.
Built with a carefully selected array of highly sensitive MEMS microphones, the Si1-LD produces an accurate acoustic image that visually displays ultrasonic information, even in noisy industrial environments. The acoustic image is superimposed in real time on a digital image, allowing precise localization of the sound source, with built-in analysis quantifying the losses incurred.
The Si1-LD has a plug-in that allows you to import acoustic images into the FLIR Thermal Studio package for offline editing, analysis and advanced reporting. Field analysis and reporting can also be performed using the FLIR Acoustic Camera Viewer cloud service. A FLIR Si1-LD version with NO WIFI option is also available.
Through regular routine maintenance, the FLIR Si1-LD can help facilities reduce their environmental impact and save money on utility bills. Image transfer can be managed via memory stick or USB data cable.
