Description
FLIR GF620 OGI Thermal Imager
for detection of methane and hydrocarbon leaks
The FLIR GF620 gas detection FLIR thermal imaging camera is the first FLIR high-resolution OGI camera to detect methane and volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions. The FLIR GF620 features an innovative 640 x 480 resolution sensor. This increased resolution makes it possible to inspect thousands of components and safely thermograph a potential gas leak from greater distances. In addition, it is FLIR's first generation OGI camera with simplified leak quantification mode (Q-Mode).
Fast and unsurpassed gas detection
An OGI thermal imaging inspection with the FLIR GF620 is up to nine times faster than with traditional tools such as sniffers, and is safer as it can be performed at a distance from the components.
Increased security and detection capability
With the highest resolution in OGI thermography for gas detection, up to 4 times higher than the standard capability, you will be able to see smaller leaks or with less contrast, even using the same optics and distances as previous models.
Sufficient sensitivity for small leaks
The FLIR GF620 has temperature measurement capability up to 100°C with an accuracy of ±1°C and high sensitivity mode (HSM) to ensure optimum contrast and improved detection.
Protect people, plant and environment
The leakage of volatile organic compounds poses a major risk to the safety of people and the plant. By finding and repairing leaks quickly, you will work in a safer environment, while complying with environmental regulations.
Sensitivity to visualize even small leaks
The FLIR GF620 mounts a cooled indium antimonide detector with high sensitivity and maximum resolution, so you can visualize methane and volatile compound leaks quickly. Identify the exact source of emissions and begin repairs immediately. In addition, the FLIR GF306 OGI camera has maximum accuracy for temperature measurement, allowing you to observe temperature differentials and enhance visual contrast for better gas plume detection.
