Description
FLIR GF320 OGI thermal imager
for detection of methane and VOC leaks
The FLIR GF320 FLIR Gas Detection FLIR thermal imaging camera detects hydrocarbon and volatile organic compound (VOC) leaks from natural gas production and use using OGI technology. With FLIR OGI thermography, inspectors can safely check thousands of components in the refinery in real time: remotely and without the need to act on the facility.
The FLIR GF320 OGI camera is lightweight and has built-in GPS for precise identification of the leak location.
Fast and unsurpassed gas detection
An OGI thermal imaging inspection with the FLIR GF320 is up to nine times faster than with traditional tools such as sniffers, and is safer as it can be performed at a distance from the components.
Versatility for maintenance
The FLIR GF320 thermal imaging camera measures temperatures up to 350°C with an accuracy of ±1°C, so with one thermal imaging device it manages to cover two functions: OGI inspections and maintenance thermographic inspections.
Protect people, plant and environment
The leakage of volatile organic compounds poses a major risk to the safety of people and the plant. By finding and repairing leaks quickly, you will work in a safer environment, while complying with environmental regulations.
Sensitivity to visualize even small leaks
The FLIR GF320 mounts a high-sensitivity, high-resolution, cooled indium antimonide detector, so you can visualize methane and volatile compound leaks quickly. Identify the exact source of emissions and begin repairs immediately. In addition, the FLIR GF306 OGI camera has maximum accuracy for temperature measurement, allowing you to observe temperature differentials and enhance visual contrast for better gas plume detection.
