The FLIR DM285 thermographic multimeter is a unique device in its category, as it can detect anomalies that are impossible for other multimeters on the market to detect. The FLIR DM285 thermographic multimeter is the result of combining a professional digital with real RMS with a thermographic detector, so that it is able to detect hot spots and indicate the precise location of a hot spot or area at higher temperature, where it is possible that there is an electrical anomaly. This new methodology developed by FLIR is known as IGM: Infrared Guided Measurement.

The FLIR DM285 infrared camera multimeter is a comprehensive and practical tool, ensuring that you always have an electrical analysis tool and a thermal imaging camera with 160×120 resolution in the same hand. You can visually identify electrical problems without the need for direct contact with the target, the infrared-guided measurement helps you to quickly remedy the situation.

With 18 measurement functions, including true RMS, LoZ, and NCV, you can identify potential problems with reliable readings at all times, even in the most complex situations. The DM285 also includes a thermocouple input and allows you to view thermal and electrical measurements simultaneously.

Store, document and share data
The FLIR DM285 thermal multimeter allows you to store electrical measurements and thermal images internally, or send them via Bluetooth METERLiNK® wireless connection to FLIR Tools or the FLIR InSite workflow management application.
