The FLIR Boson+ 640 is an uncooled LWIR thermal module that combines high resolution(640 × 512 px, 12 µm) with a sensitivity of ≤ 20 mK, providing images with high contrast and radiometric accuracy. Its compact, low-power design maintains mechanical and electrical compatibility with the Boson series, making it easy to upgrade and integrate into all types of systems. With selectable video outputs(USB, CMOS or MIPI) and low latency, it is the ideal solution for applications in unmanned vehicles, security, industrial inspection and portable devices.
