Description
The Extech TM26 is an NSF-certified temperature indicator with a long stainless steel penetration probe for measuring liquids, pastes, and semi-solid foods. It is ideal for use in the food industry, agriculture, and laboratories. The thermometer can be used on desks with its removable stand, or mounted on walls or metal surfaces with its magnetic back. The TM26 offers a basic accuracy of ±1°C/1.8°F with a maximum resolution of 0.1°, minimum/maximum reading with reset function, data hold, and low battery indication. It includes a waterproof housing that complies with the IP65 rating. It comes complete with a magnetic backing, stand, temperature sensor, and a 3 V CR2032 button battery.
