Description
The Extech EX530A multimeter is ideal for outdoor use, on boats, and in any harsh industrial environment. Waterproof to IP67 standards, it has a dual-molded housing and is drop-proof to 2 m (6.5 ft) with a CAT IV-600 V safety rating. It measures AC/DC voltage and current, resistance, capacitance, electronic and electrical frequency, temperature, 4 mA to 20 mA, and duty cycle. Additional features include: ±0.06% basic accuracy, audible continuity indicator, diode test (2.8 V open circuit voltage), 50,000 count resolutions, backlit LCD display with barograph, peak hold, min/max., relative mode, data hold, and 1000-volt input protection for all functions. Includes dual-molded test leads, type K thermocouple from -45 °C to 760 °C (-50 °F to 1400 °F), bead wire temperature probe from -20 °C to 250 °C (-4 °F to 482 °F), magnetic hanging strap, carrying case, and a 9 V battery.
