Description
The practical Extech EN510 is a 10-in-1 environmental meter that measures air velocity, flow, and temperature, type K temperature, heat index, and humidity. It also provides wet bulb temperature, dew point, wind chill, and light intensity measurements. The EN510 features a replaceable mini-wheel with low-friction blades and bearings, a precision cosine photodiode with color correction filter, and a capacitive humidity sensor for high accuracy. The Type K input accepts standard Type K thermocouple probes for measuring surface temperatures up to 1300°C (2372°F). The large dual LCD display is backlit for better viewing in low-light areas, and auto power-off (which can be disabled) helps conserve battery life.
