Fan Door Test C.3 Course - Fixed Fire Protection Systems: Category 3
Category 3 course given by Retrotec to perform the Blower Door Test, a test specifically required for compliance with the Fire Protection Installations Regulation (RIPCI), according to Royal Decree 513/2017 of May 22 published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) of June 12, 2017. The syllabus delves into the Door Fan Test according to UNE-EN 15004-1, ISO 14520 and NFPA 2001 standards and their particularities in enclosures with complex envelopes. Technicians will learn advanced analysis techniques: Infiltration measurement through pressure neutralization tests using two Door Ventilator equipment simultaneously, sectorization techniques using plastic membranes, among others.
Competencies
This course provides certified training to perform the Blower Door Test to determine the dwell time according to UNE-EN 15004, ISO 14520 or NFPA 2001 standards in compliance with the Fire Protection Installations Regulations.
