Workswell WIRIS Enterprise thermal camera

The Workswell Enterprise thermal imaging camera for UAVs is a state-of-the-art thermal imaging camera designed for the most demanding applications, such as geological, archaeological and forestry surveys, ecological and environmental investigations, structural investigations on dams, chimneys and bridges, and a wide variety of other advanced projects.

The Workswell WIRIS® Enterprise infrared camera for UAV has been designed first and foremost as an inspection camera. Its thermal camera is equipped with a microbolometric LWIR sensor with a resolution of 640 × 512 px (in the range of 7.5 - 13.5 μm) and the functionality of the super-resolution mode that provides an option to have the final thermogram in the resolution of 1266 × 1010 px.

It incorporates an RGB camera with a resolution of 16Mpx, which is primarily designed for high-resolution imaging and terrain mapping. It incorporates a second RGB camera with Full HD (1920 x 1080 px) resolution and, more importantly, provides an absolutely unmatched 30x real-time optical ultrazoom, which is suitable for security applications.

IP66 and rugged construction

Industrial inspections are often performed in demanding environments. As a result, there is a high risk of damage to inspection cameras during normal use. That's why the WIRIS Enterprise thermal imaging camera for drone comes with an IP66 rating, offering full protection against dust, oil and other non-corrosive materials, also resistant to rain, snow and even powerful water jets.

The Workswell WIRIS Enterprise infrared camera for drone is protected by a robust, lightweight aluminum housing. In addition, the most sensitive component of the entire system, the thermal camera lens, is protected by a replaceable protective cap made of germanium.

Thermolab analysis software

Thermolab is a software for detailed analysis of thermograms, which allows the user to edit the data in different formats and create clear reports from the thermograms. All standard data analysis functions are available in the program (single point temperature, minimum and maximum zone temperature, temperature profile, zoom, temperature scaling, color palette, emissivity, etc.).

Accurate metrology

We know that industrial applications pose a serious challenge to metrological efforts. To ensure the accuracy of our devices in the face of this challenge, we calibrate each of our targets individually. Our drone thermal cameras are individually manufactured and precisely calibrated, and we deliver a final calibration certificate with each unit.

Connectivity

The Workswell WIRIS Enterprise thermal imager for UAV offers an interface that allows the widest range of connections to the drone, the control unit, an external GPS sensor and other devices. We provide a live video streaming link and low latency commands over Wi-Fi, and the WIRIS Stream SDK is also available.
