Gas quantification system
The QL320 is a quantitative optical gas detection (QOGI) system that allows researchers to measure leak rates for methane and other hydrocarbons. This eliminates the need for secondary sampling with a toxic vapor analyzer or similar tool. In addition, the QL320 does not require close contact with the gas to measure emission rates, making it a safer solution for quantifying difficult-to-measure gas leaks.
QUANTIFIES GAS WITH IMMEDIATE RESULTS
With the FLIR QL320, you can determine mass leak rates (g/h, lb/h or MT/h), volumetric leak rates (cc/min, l/min or SCFH) or concentration (ppm-m) on most hydrocarbon gases. Measure the size of leaks at a safe distance, up to 31.5 meters.
ENSURES EFFICIENT READINGS AND REPORTS
The FLIR QL320 has built-in tools needed to validate leak surveys, plus a Δ temperature assessment tool to determine the suitability of background conditions. For field reporting, archiving of measurements, colorized video and raw data for analysis and post-processing is included.
RUGGED DESIGN FOR INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENTS
This tablet is ANSI 12.12.01 certified for use in hazardous locations, Class 1, Division 2. The touch screen is high contrast for easy viewing in sunlight.
