After the Research Center had a problem with a medium voltage circuit breaker that could not be detected by thermography because it was housed in a cell with no direct view. Since then, the center has invested in equipping its facility with large FLIR infrared windows, which allow for periodic thermographic camera checks of this highly energized facility.
