FLIR thermography monitoring to prevent molten metal spills


The monitoring system is based on a FLIR A315 thermal camera and checks the refractory in each ladle and casting torpedo. Continuous thermal monitoring can detect early signs of equipment failure, which significantly reduces the risk of leakage.
