Repair of FLIR equipment
FLIR thermal imaging cameras are designed to provide many years of trouble-free service. However, in the unlikely event of an incident, APLITER responds quickly on behalf of FLIR Systems with equipment repair through its official service department.
Request a repair

The first step to initiate an equipment repair process is to send us the completed Return Material Authorization (RMA) document. Download it at the following link:
Once you have completed the ARM, send it by e-mail to Apliter's Technical Service at sat@apliter.com.
Within a maximum of 24/48 hours (working hours) the Technical Service will contact you to give you the authorization number and inform you of the procedure to follow.
Repair procedure
The procedure for requesting and processing the repair of FLIR equipment is very simple. In the following diagram you will see, step by step, the entire repair process for both cameras with warranty and cameras without warranty.
