The orders placed in this online store are purchases made to Termografia Aplicada S.L. Our business hours are on weekdays from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00 during normal hours and from 9:00 to 14:00 during reduced hours.
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, by making a purchase on https://www.apliter.com, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of purchase.
Termografia Aplicada S.L. reserves the right to modify the contractual offer constituted by the present general conditions and the list of products and prices, at any time, although such modifications will not be made with the contracts already made by the user.
A purchase is not final until it is accepted by Termografia Aplicada S.L.
Termografia Aplicada S.L. reserves the right of admission and cancellation of any order, being obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer and being exempt from any other obligation.

It is essential that the shipping and/or billing address is written correctly and without errors. An error in the postal code makes it difficult to send the order correctly since the courier services are guided by these postal codes.

The information of each product will depend on the product chosen and will always include as much information as possible.

The prices of our products do not include taxes, transport costs and surcharges of the possible payment methods.
Termografia Aplicada S.L. reserves the right to refuse an order at its sole discretion. In any case informing the person concerned of such rejection.
Methods of payment
- Bank transfer or deposit: You can pay the order in advance by bank transfer or by depositing the amount of the order in our account at BANCO SABADELL ES22 0081 0178 6300 0118 8520. The order will be considered formalized once the payment has been received in our account. If within 4 working days the transfer has not been made, we will proceed to cancel the order.
- Credit card: Immediate payment method in which each user declares full capacity to use credit cards and that these have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through apliter.com. In the event that the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) reported the denial of the card, the order will be automatically canceled, informing the customer of such cancellation on-line. It requires a security key to be able to make this type of online payments. Consult your bank if you do not know your security code.
- Cash on delivery: You can pay at the time of delivery of the order by the transport company. It will carry an additional cost of 5% of the total purchase value in handling fees.
Security
For your security Termografia Aplicada S.L. has relied on the credit card payment system of BANC SABADELL through its payment gateway.
The bank details entered are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank's servers and then verified with the issuing bank to prevent fraud and abuse.
Termografia Aplicada S.L. does not have access to bank details linked to these means of payment and does not know or record these data during the payment transaction. Subsequently these data will be provided to Termografia Aplicada S.L. through the so-called bank statements.
Shipping
The shipment of the product will not be effective until the Administration Department of Termografia Aplicada S.L. has verified that the payment has been made by the customer. Delivery will be considered completed when the carrier has made the products available to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the products upon receipt and expose all the caveats and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document. Termografia Aplicada S.L. will send the products by the means it deems appropriate to fulfill its commitments.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs will be paid by Termografia Aplicada S.L. in general cases within the Iberian Peninsula. However, a shipping charge will be applied depending on the selected delivery area, the total amount of the purchase and the product purchased. Termografia Aplicada S.L. reserves the right to request an additional amount for particularly heavy or bulky orders or in cases of deliveries in areas or times not estimated in the expenses. When the system detects that the order is in one of these cases will warn the user of the situation and the order will be waiting for the final costs of the operation. The user will be notified by e-mail of the update of his order and to finalize or not the purchase process. If the order is not accepted, Termografia Aplicada S.L. will be exempt from any other commitment or obligation to the customer.
Delivery time
Upon receipt of proof of payment, the delivery time is:
- Between 1 and 3 business days for products with immediate availability.
- Between 10 and 15 working days for those products not available in stock. Please contact us for the exact date of arrival of your product at destination. Delivery times may vary for reasons beyond our company's control. Termografia Aplicada S.L. does not commit to any specific delivery time, since the shipping process depends on third parties.
If the customer requires a specific delivery time, he/she should contact Termografia Aplicada S.L. to determine the shipping conditions.
Returns
During the first 7 working days after receipt of an order, the customer may return a product if it meets the following Return Conditions: individual customers, in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 18 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, will have a period of 7 working days from receipt of the order to notify their desire to withdraw from one or more products of your order. To exercise this right, you must communicate by e-mail indicating your order number, reference and serial number of the products to be returned and follow the instructions received by our customer service.
All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, without having been modified or customized by the customer, in its original packaging in perfect condition and protected in such a way that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. Returns must be delivered at destination within 7 days after the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned. The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer. Once analyzed the perfect condition of the goods, we will refund the amount of the product within a maximum period of 7 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
The right of return or withdrawal does not apply to the following items:
- Goods whose price is subject to fluctuations of financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sound or video recordings, discs and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
Warranty
The consumer may contact either the seller or the manufacturer of the product during the warranty period for repair of the product, replacement or termination of the contract.
The customer is bound by the terms and conditions specified in the warranties of the manufacturers of the products purchased through Termografia Aplicada S.L. The warranty applies as long as the product is used under normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturers. Termografia Aplicada S.L. is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by people, damage to property outside the product, loss of profit or loss of earnings, damage resulting from deterioration or loss of data.
Termografia Aplicada S.L. is not responsible for the personal information contained in a computer or storage unit. The Customer is responsible for the data or information in the material to be repaired and to make the appropriate backup copies.
Cases not covered by the warranty:
- Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Products modified or repaired by the Customer or any other person not authorized by Termografia Aplicada S.L.
- Incorrect software/hardware configuration, by the Customer, of a piece of equipment, component or peripheral.
- Incorrect software/hardware configuration or equipment failure caused by a component incorporated by the Customer or a third party.
- Infection of computer viruses on equipment, hard disks or driver diskettes or additional software.
These warranty conditions do not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable national legislation in force.
In the event that the product shipped is in perfect condition and the problem is a configuration problem, it will be returned to the customer carriage forward, and the costs of collection and the labor involved in checking or testing the allegedly faulty item may be invoiced to the customer.
Limitation of liability

Force majeure
The parties shall not be liable for any failure due to force majeure. The performance of the obligation shall be delayed until the cessation of the case of force majeure.
General Terms and Conditions of APLITER Technical Service
For products under warranty the user has the possibility to request the collection of the equipment or accessory for repair or adjustment by email to info@apliter.com or by phone call to +34 972 105 406. The collection of the equipment or accessory will be free of charge for non bulky packages and always within the Iberian Peninsula. Termografia Aplicada S.L. reserves the right to request an additional cost for collections outside this geographical area, for especially heavy or bulky packages, special transports or urgent collections.
The collection will not be accepted until the Technical Service verifies that the request is correct. At the moment of acceptance and within 2 to 3 working days the equipment will be picked up at the address indicated by the customer.
The return time of an equipment under repair will be indefinite during the evaluation. Once the equipment has been assessed, the customer will be sent an approximate delivery time and the corresponding quotation in the event that the action is not subject to warranty.
The equipment sent by customers must be properly packaged and free of any accessories not necessary for the repair. Termografia Aplicada S.L. is not responsible for the loss of accessories not included in the repair. The equipment and its memories must be sent properly formatted. Termografia Aplicada S.L. is not responsible for the loss of information stored in equipment or accessories sent for calibration or repair.
In cases of non-warranty repair, once assessed by our technical service, the customer will be informed of the total cost of the repair and may accept or decline the estimate. In case of being accepted, the customer will have to pay the repair. In case of not accepting the estimate, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs for both collection and return.
The repair estimate will be valid for 15 days. After this period Termografia Aplicada S.L. will understand that the customer has declined the estimate. Unclaimed equipment or accessories will be kept by Termografia Aplicada S. L. for a period of 5 years.
Termografia Aplicada S.L. will not provide detailed estimates for repairs described by customers without the assessment of our Technical Service.
